About Faith Family Wellness

Mary is a graduate of Florida State University, School of Nursing with a baccalaureate degree. She later received her MSN with certification in family practice from the University of South Alabama. Mary has served as a nurse practitioner in Bay County for 10 years. She is skilled in a variety of specializations including: wellness, family practice, non surgical orthopedics, and pediatrics.

In addition to her time in the clinic, Mary is the wife of Jason Andrews. Together they also own Andrews Roofing and Construction as well as Mosquito Authority of NWFL. But it's her two little boys that keep her the busiest. To Mary, family is everything and this value system shines through in the way she cares for each of her patients. 

Heidi is well versed in a variety of areas including primary care and wellness.  She strives for excellent patient care and it shines with every patient she meets.

Heidi is a 2007 graduate of Florida State University earning a Bachelors degree of Science with emphasis in Fitness and Nutrition. She received EMT training and certification at Gulf Coast State College in 2006 and then obtained a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University in 2009.  She earned her NCCPA national certification as a physician assistant in 2009 and has since been practicing in the areas of urgent care, general medicine and family practice.  She not only wants her patients to live a healthy life, she wants them to thrive! She will work with you to help prevent and treat the medical conditions you may encounter and promote a healthy lifestyle.  

Heidi is the wife of Kevin Barr and they have three children (one girl and two boys) that keep her on the move constantly. She grew up in Panama City and is also serving on the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida. Her love for being a mother shines through in the care she provides for her patients. Heidi looks forward to helping you achieve your heath goals!

Liz Oliver is our Registered Nurse and Certified Holistic Nutritionist. She is a Bay County Native and graduate of both A. Crawford Mosley High School and Gulf Coast State College. She has worked as a Registered Nurse for 19 years, specializing in neonatal care for 15 of those 19 years. Following a personal health event, Liz's journey to healing brought about an understanding of many healing modalities culminating with the completion of her Holistic Nutrition Certification. She now works to empower our patients toward optimal health and wellness with nutrition as the cornerstone. 

Sarah is a medical aesthetician earning her certification in 2012.  She specializes in Hydrafacials, one of the most powerful, non-invasive skin resurfacing treatments available.  She focuses on customization to specific skin types and needs, and is gifted in making each experience unique.  Her goals are to provide a relaxing and effective treatment for every client she serves leaving your skin radiant and stunning! Her clinical facial services include anti-aging, acne, anti-pigment and replenishing. 

You will also see Sarah in and amongst our clinic assisting in any avenue she is needed. She is a wiz around the office with her 27 years of experience in the medical field.  Aside from taking care of all of her co-workers, she is the loyal and dedicated mother to Taylor, and wife to Thomas.  She is a light to all that know her and this shines with every patient she meets.

Kristie Zarger is our Medical Practice Manager. As a graduate from Santa Fe College with a degree in Health Information Management and Administration. Kristie has successfully managed medical practices in Bay County for almost twenty years. When she is not keeping our clinic and staff on track, Kristie is a dedicated wife, mother and fur mom. She impresses us daily with her effectiveness and efficiency while maintaining an atmosphere of compassion and professionalism. 

Amanda is a passionate and experienced massage therapist with 18 years of dedicated practice.

Amanda is also the proud and loving wife to her husband Tommy, who serves as a diver in the navy. Together they have built a beautiful family, with two wonderful children who bring immense joy to their lives.

Throughout her career she has helped countless individuals find relaxation, relief, and rejuvenation through the power of touch.

She believes that every person deserves to lead a balanced and healthy life, and is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of care and expertise in her massage therapy practice. With her high level experience, she has honed her skills in various massage techniques, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients.

Whether you seek relaxation, stress relief, pain management, or simply a moment of tranquility in a chaotic world, she is able to help guide you on your wellness journey. She is the perfect addition to our team with the goal to achieve harmony of mind, body, and spirit.

Vicki has been working in the medical field for over 30 years. We are grateful for the kindhearted approach she has with each of our patients and look forward to seeing her grow within her role.

Outside of work she enjoys venturing out riding motorcycles with her husband, and writing & singing praise and worship to our Lord Jesus.

Haley Hensley is our Patient Care Specialist, among many other things. When you call the clinic, you will definitely recognize her sweet southern draw. Hailing from a small Tennessee town surrounded by farmland and mountains, she developed an eye for beauty. Haley graduated from Emory & Henry College with a Bachelor of Arts in Photography and Digital Imagery. In 2019, she packed her camera bag and flip-flops to begin a new adventure here in Panama City Beach, FL. When not behind the lens, she loves being outdoors and near the water with her two Great Danes.
